1. Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "1ee", "we", "us", "our" refers to the operator of the 1ee platform accessible at 1ee.asia.
• "Platform" means the 1ee website, mobile site, and all services offered therein, including casino games, sports betting, slots, and the cashier.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 1ee platform.
• "Account" means the registered account created by a user on 1ee following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Real Money Balance" means funds deposited by a user in PKR and held in their 1ee account for use in real-money gaming.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional credits allocated to a user's account subject to wagering requirements and conditions stated at the time of the offer.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) refers to the identity and age verification procedures required by 1ee before withdrawals are permitted.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 1ee platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be met at all times:

• You must be 18 years of age or older. 1ee strictly prohibits use of the platform by minors. Age verification via CNIC is mandatory and enforced.
• You must be a natural person – corporations, trusts, and other entities may not hold accounts.
• You must not be a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, or agent of 1ee or any affiliated company, nor a close family member of such a person.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list applicable to the 1ee platform.

Pakistani users are individually responsible for confirming the lawfulness of online gaming activities under the laws applicable to their specific location before opening an account. 1ee does not provide legal advice on this matter.

3. Account Registration and KYC Verification

To access real-money services on 1ee, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Pakistani mobile number (where applicable).

One account per person is permitted. Operating multiple accounts – whether under the same or different personal details – is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balances held.

KYC verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed. This includes:

• A clear photographic copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC (front and back)
• A selfie holding the CNIC where required
• Proof of address (utility bill, bank statement dated within 3 months) for higher withdrawal amounts

1ee reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time. Accounts that fail to satisfy KYC requirements within the stated timeframe may be suspended and balances held pending investigation.

4. Deposits

1ee accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT (TRC20 network). The minimum deposit is Rs 200 per transaction. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by 1ee; however, individual payment method limits imposed by your bank or mobile wallet provider apply independently.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and will be returned minus any processing costs incurred. 1ee does not accept cash deposits under any circumstances.

Deposit processing times are as follows: JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits are typically credited within minutes; bank transfer deposits may take up to 24 hours. 1ee is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing payment institution.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the same name as your verified 1ee account. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawals are processed to the same method used for the most recent deposit where technically possible.

KYC verification must be completed in full before any withdrawal request is approved. 1ee reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence checks on withdrawal requests above stated thresholds and may request supporting documentation.

Processing times once approved: JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for fully verified accounts; bank transfers are processed within 24 hours on business days. USDT withdrawals are processed within 1 hour following confirmation.

1ee reserves the right to delay, suspend, or reverse a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or if KYC requirements have not been satisfied.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

1ee offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, and cricket betting boosts. All bonuses are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the offer, including but not limited to:

• Wagering requirements – the multiple by which bonus funds must be wagered before they become withdrawable
• Eligible games – certain bonuses may only be used on specified game categories
• Expiry period – bonus funds not wagered within the stated period will be forfeited automatically
• Maximum withdrawal – some bonuses impose a cap on the maximum amount withdrawable from winnings generated with bonus funds

Bonus abuse – including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same offer, collusion with other users, or systematic exploitation of bonus mechanics – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

1ee reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.

7. Betting and Casino Game Rules

All cricket betting markets, live casino games, and slot games offered on 1ee are subject to their respective game-specific rules, which are accessible within each game or market. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules prevail for that game or market.

For sports betting: 1ee reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by obvious pricing errors, technical failures, or where the outcome was known at the time of bet placement. Minimum and maximum bet amounts per market are displayed in the betting interface.

For casino and slot games: All games use certified random number generation (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are published in the 1ee Casino lobby. Past results have no bearing on future outcomes.

1ee reserves the right to void wagers and withhold associated winnings where there is evidence of cheating, software exploitation, or collusion.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1ee platform:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identity or payment information
• Using the platform if you are under 18 years of age
• Operating more than one account under any identity
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the platform
• Laundering funds through the platform's cashier
• Exploiting software bugs or errors to gain an unfair financial advantage without promptly reporting such bugs to 1ee
• Colluding with other users or 1ee employees to gain an unfair advantage in any game or market
• Engaging in charge-backs or payment disputes in bad faith after a deposit has been credited and wagered

9. Account Suspension and Closure

1ee may suspend or close an account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms
• We have reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse
• You fail to complete KYC verification within required timeframes
• A regulatory or legal obligation requires us to do so

Where an account is suspended or closed due to a verified breach of these Terms, any real-money balance may be forfeited to the extent permitted by applicable law. Where closure is initiated by 1ee without cause attributable to the user, the remaining verified real-money balance (excluding any uncleared bonus funds) will be returned to the user via the registered payment method.

10. Privacy and Data

1ee collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions. By using the platform, you consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy. Refer to the Privacy Policy for full details on how your information is used, stored, and protected.

11. Responsible Gaming

1ee is committed to responsible gaming. All users have access to the following self-management tools via Account Settings:

• Deposit limits – daily, weekly, and monthly caps on deposits
• Session loss limits – maximum loss thresholds per gaming session
• Time-out periods – temporary account cooling-off periods of 24 hours to 6 weeks
• Self-exclusion – permanent or time-limited exclusion from all gaming activity

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 1ee shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform
• Service interruptions due to maintenance, technical failure, or events beyond 1ee's reasonable control
• Losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms
• Any third-party claims related to your use of the platform

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or death and personal injury caused by 1ee's negligence where such exclusion is prohibited by law.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions, and any disputes arising from them or from your use of the 1ee platform, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operating jurisdiction of the 1ee platform. By using the 1ee platform, you consent to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for resolution of any dispute not resolved through 1ee's internal complaints procedure.

Pakistani users acknowledge that it is their sole responsibility to determine whether use of the platform is lawful under the laws of Pakistan applicable to their location.

14. Amendments

1ee reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file at least 7 days before taking effect, unless immediate changes are required by law or regulatory instruction. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the platform and request account closure.
